I've been gambling for over 10 years now, started small, now spiralled completly out of control, many of times have I self excluded from sites to find other means to play, using a friends account, hubbys account, I can't do this to myself or my family anymore....
I've always liked having a go on slots, but since my daughter tried to end her life I know it's got worse loosing hundreds and thousands at a time, I'm scared, I lye awake at night thinking things will change I can do this but I always go back to it.Â
Why can't I leave it alone, chasing my loses, finding excuses.....Â

Well done for taking the first step, it's hard to admit you have a problem and to look for help. Your definitely in the right place, it's a hard journey but you'll get lots of help and advice here. First thing I would advise is to do everything you can to but blocks in place, then read up as much as you can about gambling addiction.Â

Don't be scared. Not of this change. This change is a good one. Staying IN your gambling Buble is what you should be afraid of. Most of what we do is on autopilot. So now that you are aware, you will need to talk to people and come to terms and accept that you can not beat this alone. You will need help with that. Use the chat room.
