I'm sorry to hear you're suffering and that you feel you haven't found anything suitable to help you overcome your problem gambling. Have you heard of self exclusion? There are ways of self excluding from different forms of gambling, many people find this helps because it can take away the temptation or trigger to gamble, especially if you feel the urge to.

Do you have a support network around you? If so, would you feel able to open up to them to talk about the problem gambling, the negative impact it's having on you and the way you're feeling? It can often feel frightening at the thought of doing this, however, many people express a feeling of a weight been lifted once they do share the burden of their secret gambling.

You may benefit from a free referral to one of our Treatment Partners or to our London team so they can offer you some support sessions with them, if you haven't already got this in place.

Thanks for the reply. I have self excluded from all online gambling and have had help seeing people about it but nothing seems to have worked so far. It’s the first time I have joined GamCare so I am hoping that I can find the required help within here
