I can understand when you said it all seems new to you; with time, you’ll get used to the forum and possibly, learn a lot of strategies, plus advice to help you manage your gambling problem too.
There’s always help and support from forum members when they get to know your gambling history, and they will encourage you to abstain from gambling. Also, it’s likely that you’d be able to identify with some forum members, which will make you realise that you’re not alone in this, and that it’s possible for one to overcome their gambling problems if they follow the advice being offered.
