Hello everyone.
I'm 41 and in desperate need of help, I have 2 children and a partner of 12 years that I fear of losing.
Over the last 2+years I have lost a considerable amount of money on roulette. Probably about 6k in all. I am behind on my mortgage and most of my other bills but I just can't help myself after I have had a couple of beers the roulette monster comes out.

I know it's wrong at the time but I just can't help myself chasing losses. last night was the final straw for me I lost everything £500 on roulette. Used my mortgage money and money I'd saved to go on holiday in a month, completely gutted now I can't go.

As above, that money is gone, just think of it as being spent, not lost.

Look forward, because in the grand scheme of things you can get back on track financially in no time.

It does sound like you are open to slipping up again. You need to put controls in place because missing mortgage payments is going to damage your loved ones.
