Services are across the Uk and you can call GamCare advisors on freephone 08088020133 or use our netline to get further information and advice . There are also other forms of support such as Gamblers anonymous groups they hold weekly meetings in many area across the Uk. There are also strategies you can use such as self exclusion from betting shops and restricting availalbility to cash and cards. Asking someone trusted to look after cash/cards and only carrying small amounts needed daily can be very helpful. Another area to consider is time. It can be helpful when stopping gambling to change your routine and take on a new project or hobby to keep busy
