So all I along I thought I hadn't gambled for 5 days I just pit gam ban on my phone and could play one of the non casino bingo games in goovleplay I thought was just a game and could control that one not realising it was gambling so now I feel like a idiot and should of realised so it day one again so anoyed with myself but glad I managed to set up gam ban

Gamban, GamStop and banking blocks can be very useful practical tools to help.
If I can suggest anything, please do not be hard on yourself. Gambling can bring many feelings of guilt, embarrassment and shame. These can be emotional booby traps when trying to live gamble free. The energy is always better spent on challenging these thoughts and learning to live and enjoy life with out gambling.
