I don't know why I m here, I'm very deep into gambling and got a lot of debt, I feel like this is it. I can't beat it, I tried. It s gonna kill me.
There is no support available in my country, I don't have family to help me.

Just by stopping gambling you will be able to manage.debts will be paid when there paid.your more important, thann money or debt.
Just think whatever you have lost this year will be in your bank next year,just by not gambling .take it one day at a time.try not to think to far ahead.you can do it hope you get help ya need.set your goals and gamble free date.it helps everyday to go back check and pat yourself on the back for every hour and day gambling free.just look at this day as rhe day gambling died in your life and your resurrected into the person you were meant to be from now on.
