Hi iddy
As I say to a lot of people putting your first post on here is the hardest thing you will of had to do ! Your dead right when you say you have got to write the 3k off you have already lost, don't even think about it. A couple of point from myself would be if you can potentially get your hand on the amount of money you are talking about I would either put it in an account where I can't get access or better still let your parents or someone close to you have your bank book or card for that account or I can regrettably say it won't be there much longer !! I would also ring the gamcare helpline and seek advice and I would have a good guess that no one knows about the gambling and money you have lost ? Keep posting and reading others stories I personally find this helpful and I will look out for future updates !

hi indy
hope things are going well, you have done well to get a grip of this early as some people wouldn't get that chance untill the 30k is gone,
please take the advice given above and get that money safe out of your hands even if you just give it to parents untill you can stay off a bet for a few months and trust yourself,
1 day at a time mate
