Hi everyone, new here.
You've probably heard similar things before but I've been spending money I don't have on gambling. I have a reasonably well paid job and am currently living with my lovely girlfriend. I am known to have a go at her about money when I'm spending it on gambling. I know it's an issue and have done for some time yet I've found it so hard to admit to anyone. Hiding it has been part of the problem for me. It's now out in the open and I feel like I have let everyone down. I have taken the step of blocking any accounts and am going to get my girlfriend to monitor my bank accounts.
I would appreciate any other ideas people have had work for them. My girlfriend has too much going on at the moment to worry about me doing stupid things so I really need something to work.

hi Scott , I've just joined on here tonight and can relate with your problem because my gambling affects my girlfriend to, I hate having to to explain I've lost everything time and time again and she always helps out, if it wasn't for me and my problem gambling we would be in our own place by now, yeah so rang gam care earlier and spoke to a guy for about half an hour, tomorrow I'm going to self exclude from some near by bookies and see the bank about getting a simple bank card. hope this site works for you.
