Now i know why it happened this time i had a stressful event. I crawled the many sites to see eventually 3 that let me login and that had the one slot that has me hooked. Imagine one slot . Also im not being a victim as i know itw totally my fault but ive asked my bank to not allow any gambling transactions but they don't have that function. This would actually put a halt to my playing .anyways time to reset another clock.
I use to say same things like you just said in your post what if I didn't find this particular slot game I wouldn't gamble then,what if I had a block on my bank and they wouldn't allow me to deposit I wouldn't gamble what if what if.
Why don't you use Gamstop,gamban,give cash to someone you trust,cut up your bank cards and do something that you wouldn't be able to gamble in these stressful situations?
If someone wants to give up they would have things in place to prevent this from happening.Youre saying you messed up again and again.Yes we do have our slip to get back to gambling at points I've done it myself many many times but try to do something about it so it doesn't happen again.

Am completely with you. I had just completed a month - gambling free. When out of no-where i found myself back of line.Â
As usual wasn’t until I had lost every penny - I was able to stop.Â
But - I’m not going to let it get me down / or be miserable . I’m just going to keep working towards being a non-gambler. Be proud your trying - pick your self up and start again.
Hopefully I won’t start the repeat pattern of losing everything again again (I’ve been doing it for over 10 years) .Â
