I see this post a thousand times mate .

Look at your family tonight and imagine losing them , if that doesn’t make you stop .

i lost my wife due to cancer , that single event made me stop.

Hi, I can’t stress how important it is to speak to someone. I have just started my sessions over the phone. I have only had the assessment phone call, but honestly it has already made such a difference, just to talk and tell someone what is going on. Everyone I have spoken to has been so kind and lovely .Having that interaction with someone and hearing yourself speak about your own problems helps you to come to terms with what you have been doing. It will help you move forward I promise.  When I got off the phone the first time I just burst into tears, I suppose through sheer relief I was finally going to start and try to rebuild my life again. The people on the other end of the phone were my saviour. I didn’t expect to be received in such a positive way and often have though that actually I don’t deserve help or support. Just know that you definitely deserve help, you deserve to be happy you deserve a better life. I know this is going to be hard but honestly  I looking for to a gambling free life! I wish you all the best but please reach out!!
