I really hope so. Feel like my world is coming in. I think my fiancé is going to leave. Due to my lies. I found comfort in texting and flirting with other girls which I obviously also hid. It has all come out and she is so confused about me/us. I am so worried. Bastad gambling. I hate me and my life. Things have got to improve! Right?
things will improve now 1 step at a time . ive hid this problem from my girlfriend since i met her 8 months because i couldnt face i had a problem. but now she knows its not easy for her but she is helping me. the plan is to get some one to one councelling, rca trust i have contacted for that. also i am going to transfer some of my wages over to her when i get paid. just need to b positive and take 1 day at a time. i am just going to do what it takes my life depends on it
Me too but I think my life has already changed for the worse. All I can do now is start and try to improve it. Feel so bad and guilty tonight. The urge is there for the first time since I came clean.
just think how you can sort it there is so many people out there willing to help . things will improve you just need stick at it . my girlfriend has been the biggest help and that is giving me the power to stay strong. and i know if i go back to my old ways she will leave me so i have so much motivation . got meeting with a debt advisor tomorrow from step change to help me back on track with my fiances. stay strong . just think you are winning if you dont bet i know its easier said than done, but thats what i am trying to do
I know your right. I have my assessment meeting on Saturday with a councillor. Very nervousness. Just added up my total debt £17000 mostly due to gambling. I feel sick. Need to stop this rot.
