I didn't think I had a problem until the bank phoned my partner and told him my secret. I had to self exclude which was only three days ago. I feel as if I'm going nuts as if cold turkey.

It's great to hear that you have self excluded, but as many of our Forum users will report it can be difficult to deal with the urges you are left with. It will really help if you are able to find other ways to fill your time, doing things you enjoy, perhaps taking up old interests or trying new things to fill your time in more enjoyable ways.
