Hi babz i feel the same! I have 4 kids and my man is always at work or sleeping. I feel so unsupported and i have no help from anyone at all. I am also now my mother's carer too so i have a huge pile of stress and the slots and bingo took it away for a bit.
I have been able to refrain from gambling for a whole 9 days now! Feels like a life time ago!
