Welcome to the GamCare forum. Thank you for reaching out. We know it's not easy. You've been gambling for most of your life so it may be hard to imagine a life without gambling but recovery is possible. We're sure that other forum members will be along soon to welcome you and show you what is working for them.
And well done on 2 days gamble free! What kind of gambling was causing you the most problems? And are you doing anything in particular that's helping you? If you're looking for ideas, check out the 'Self-help' section of our website - there's information on blocking online gambling, banning yourself from different types of gambling, and managing your finances. There's also a self-help workbook to help you work on changing your mindset.
