Well, here goes... been gambling awhile now, was doing alright recently for a bit but like always it turns ugly.. tonight I realized how much of a t**d I am.. I was up and just kept going until nothing was left.. talk about a degenerate.. I'm hoping I can find a way to stop playing online

Try not to be so hard on yourself. Have you heard of GamBan? it will ban you from gambling online for up to 3 years I think, my partner downloaded it and hasn't gambled online since, today will be day 25 of him being gamble free. Hope you get some solace out of knowing others are struggling too
