Welcome to the Forum, and thanks for posting. There is a lot of support on here, you can read from what others have posted about their gambling problem, and have a bigger picture of how gambling can affect people, which maybe able to help you to make informed decision as to where you want to go with your gambling.

There is also the Recovery Diary Section, where people who are trying to stop, or have stopped post how they feel if they have or have not gambled, and others reply on other's Diary to encourage and support them throught their recovery process, so people are not alone in their recovery ones they are on this Forum.

You can also start your own Recovery Diary and post how you feel each time you want to post about your feelings.

We also run a live chatroom every evening from 8pm to 9pm. You can join anyone of our chatrooms, any evening and enjoy our peer to peer support in the presence of one of our moderators (Gamcare advisors)

Maybe you can share a bit about your gambling and where you are at the moment, and others will try and support you as much as they can.

You will not be alone in your recovery whiles on this forum.
