Evening all. Not sure where to start with this one but I have a gambling problem and hate myself for it.

That’s part of it but if you read any other advice you can’t rely on willpower alone. If you are committed to stopping you need to take the first steps . Confess to your partner (if you have one ) or a close friend . Self exclude yourself from any conceivable gambling outlet available to you . Hand control of your finances to someone you trust . Take away the TOM, that’s time , opportunity and money . You have all three of those you will gamble . Take one out and you can’t .
