New to this

So i am trying to regain control of my life....

I started gambling a few years ago when i was with my husband who controlled the money and made it so i had none to spend without his say so....it started with a welcome offer and a big win.....and spiralled from there....since then i left my husband....started regaining control then got the money from our house when it sold.....several big wins and losses later....i have gone from having 20k in savings to having an iva for 10k and being behind.on all my bills.....i have consistently chosen bad men since then....one was an abusive stalker....and one was the only one i have ever told about my gambling problem....he has recently dumped me and is continuously using that and all my previous mistakes against me and making me feel worse.....i have had about 4 months off gambling but recently returned to it....even engaging in fraud and other illegal activities to get money to gamble.....the last one involved accepting money to have money transferred to me for me to draw out and give to some criminal off craigslist....i now have 700 in cash waiting for some person to pick up from me while the bank is messaging me saying they have put my account on hold due to suspicious transactions from dwp....i didnt know thats where the money was coming from.... all the while i am sat here on T*****a...not even bothered about winning....it wont solve anything.....just want the escape
