Hi I'm new, tomorrow will be day 1 for me. Im blocked online and have self excluded from local shops so Im confident I can nip this in the bud before it eats any more of my money and time. Been gambling a year. Was addicted 30 years ago. Lord knows why I started again. Im grateful for this forum.

@forum-admin thanks, well, the self exclusion to shops doesnt work as its easy to break the rules and go in. So I need to find another solution.
