Self exclude from all forms of gambling.
Attend GA meetings and/or seek counselling.
Hand finance control to a loved one.
I wish you well.
hi no more
know the feeling its all very well knowing what is for the best to do but putting it into pratice is harder , if you been dependent on a drug for 10 years it going to be very hard to wield yourself off it but NOT impossible , advice from andy is a blueprint on this forum and good advice , but self excluding from everything and attending GA every week is something i failed at , i live in southampton city center and i excluded from c****s , ladbrooks , ***** to keep my gf happy but ended up conviently leaving w**********l and B*****d out as other end of high street as the drug is strong and not to mention online options and casino,s and then if you really want to gamble you can go to the next town etc ,,, its VERY hard bit like i said earlier not impossible as you will find people on this that have been sucessful one day at a time , and 10 years addiction can,t be as bad as 20 or 30 yrs or in many cases a lifetime , the best advice i had is break the gambling triangle , money , time , location , you need all 3 to gamble break one and you can,t
good luck mate
