So last night I done it!

I Finally gained the courage to my girlfriend and family about my gambling addiction.

I was honestly so scared to but telling them has already been such a massive help already.

Today ive been to see a doctor to talk about my problems and have already booked in to see a specialist in gambling addiction.

It's so easy to say you want to change but actually doing it and putting the ball in motion is key!

So this message is directed to anyone feeling scared or nervous to tell family or loved ones.

If I was able to do it then you can too!

I am here to talk to anyone who wants to chat about how to go about confessing about their addiction and would love to help!

J x

Until you tell them nothing will change.

Make this the first step you take to curing this horrible horrible addiction. Your family and friends all love you and will help and support you as much as they can
