Relapse is ruining my life

Hi all, 

I’ve had a gambling problem for around 10-15 years now and had a period of gamble free behaviour for a few years however recently I’ve had a bad relapse and spent everything I have. I’ve lied to my friends, family and partner. Borrowed money from people to fund my gambling and I feel like I’m in a never ending downward spiral that I feel I can’t get out of. I’m signed up to gamban and have gambling freezes on my bank accounts however my issue is with the online competition/raffle websites. 

I feel so disappointed in myself after working so hard to beat this addiction but now it’s come back with vengeance and I’m really struggling
