I’ve lost today and that’s it. Keep relapsing but have to say enoughs enough now.
It’s very important to me I post on here as I’ve told someone and when I tell someone I won’t do something, I’m successful.

I understand what you are going through. It is not an easy road ahead, but a necessary one. I'm only on day 5, but as you said, it's important to tell someone for accountability. You're the only that can decide wheter or not you gamble today, but you are not alone in this journey.
Someone told me this when I first posted here : « It's only a fool who will try and solve a problem the same way he created them. Let's stop being fools. Let's stop feeding the monster. Most importantly take it one day at a time. For me, I chose not to gamble today. »

Thank you for your response and kind words. Means a lot. How are you getting on?
I’m completing day 5 now of gamble free. I get a lot of stress at work and used to some nights stop at the bookies on my way home. Not done this, this week.
Friday be tough when I get paid but am determined.
Proud of you also and let’s both keep going.
