I desperately need to self exclude.
I have attempted to do so via the gamstop site, unsuccessfully.
I have been at this address for 30 years, yet it says unable to prove identity. Makes me wonder who's side Gamstop is on? Frustrated

I can sign up to gambling sites without having to jump through hoops etc but trying to self exclude via gamstop is not as straight forward?

Hi,

have you contacted them via the web chat? I had to register manually with them by sending in my bank statements as proof etc.

Hi, joining sites may be easy but often taking any winnings out is far more difficult...asking for proof of identity, address etc....but it is effort you would make if it was for that reason right?

As rupidola says.. contact gamstop through their webchat and they will go over what is required to get you registered. A little bit of effort but well worth it in the long run.
