My wife starting getting suspicious when i couldnt afford things. I knew I couldn't keep this from her any longer.
I was so scared about telling her, thinking my marriage was over before it had begun. We had only been married a year but as i said I knew i had to.
She was so dissappointed in me for gambling, she kind of had her suspicions but it doesnt make it any easier. She was soo supportive which made things easier to come to terms with. Without her support I wouldnt have gotten this far.
No matter how scared or alone you feel its best to come clean and deal with it together. They will never fully understand the addiction but from my experience sharing helped alot.
So proud of you! It's a completely different life without gambling.
I am just a few days from 1 year GF. Hope to see you here next year with 2 years under the belt.
