Checking in to report a gamble free week. A huge welcome to all of the newcomers to the challenge.

Checking in day 31.

It was payday on Friday and normally I would be up on the Thursday waiting for my money to drop in so I could gamble it away for another month. Not this time. Bills are all paid and I still have money left. I feel stronger than I ever have done over the 20 years that I have been gambling.

Hi all

Checking in Day 47 for me. Difficult week as I started a new job but I avoided my old temptation of opening a gambling site to de stress after work.

Checking in day 57, still muddling along, no real thoughts of gambling, & with plenty of barriers in place no real opportunity.

Checking in back to day 4 but still here
