Hi all, I'd like to join your challenge for the rest of the year if that's ok. My betting started of fairly innocently 18 months ago but has spiralled out of control and am ashamed to say I have a gambling addiction. I have tried to stop but the longest I ever lasted was 9 days. Today is payday which is always a problem but not this time. Gambling free for 1 day and with your help and support it is the start of my journey to recovery. Thanks for your time.
Day29 for me today!! Can't believe it's nearly a month! Still inspired by Allen Carr book. Can't recommend it enough!
