Day #7

Very busy in work today, was out and about in Community working. Am happy with the my progress, as I got some wages today, and have not spent a penny of them on a FOBT. This is progress, as Friday used to be my worst day.

Deano? I am not sure if I am supposed to post everyday? Maybe you want people to only do it once a week, but it keeps me focused every night to post and I think of not posting, if I walk past the bookies..But just say if I am cluttering up the place.

Day #7GF

I don't really feel like writing much at the moment

but i'm just checking in to say i'm gamble free. The urges have pretty much gone for the time for the time being.

Wishing everyone a happy weekend

Day 15 for me.

Only really got this far because I have almost NO money whatsoever.

The real challenge begins on 26th Jan when I get paid.

Hi could you maybe put in some barriers for that day that will be hard.
Maybe give someone your card
For a few day's until you're through the tricky period.
If you have any excess cash think about putting it in a savings account and letting someone trusted hold on to the card for that account?
