Gambling where to start, touch bets in the bookies, casinos cards and roulette are my thing well they were £****** of pounds spent when ever I have a free minute, debt I am sorting that out just now remortgage of my house, relationships over. On tuesday afternoon I went to the bookies and won on touch bets, then tuesday night I went to the casino and lost and then waited until 12:00pm mid night so I could take out more money and lost.
I am up for it but this is going to be tough as it is for every one. I am on the start of my journey lets see what happens.2 days bet free.

30 days today. A week where I have received advice on my gambling debts. At least now the many questions that were going through my head, wondering what I should do for best have been answered. Still got to sort it out but now I know which is the best direction to go in which lifts a lot of the stress.
A week where I haven't had quite so many desperate urges. Not as many thoughts of - if I just have one last attempt, maybe I could recoup debts. . .
A week where I have chatted more to workmates and found myself smiling. I want more of this - I must stay gamble free.
