Hi everyone. Day 11 gf still going strong. Spoke to a councillor, I feel I get more benefit off this site to be honest. But will keep my sessions up and see how it goes. I have been just setting my self mini goals and seems to motivate me. As well as looking and my debt

Checking in, back at day 7.

After my slip up last week I've actually not found this week as difficult as I have been. Hopefully I can keep that up! Also making big steps to clear a lot of my debt 🙂

Positive.

Day 27.

Was in work today. Am getting a tax rebate tomorrow of £900, I knew in my heart that it would come back to me, if I just let them sort it. It did. When I heard about it, I went into a bit of a panic, thinking oh I don't like having money. That has changed, it is great to have money, and not throw it at a FOBT machine.

It’s that time again, a gentle reminder to check in before midnight on Sunday. All are welcome to join new, old or relapsed.

I thought it might be interesting since we had now had a month’s worth of check ins to have a look at a few stats

Week 1 47 people checked in

Week 2 55 people checked in

Week 3 56 people checked in

Week 4 47 people checked in

Week 5 52 people checked in

What I have found interesting is that we have had a total of 87 unique check ins over the 5 weeks.

26 people have checked in 5 weeks

13 people have checked in 4 weeks

7 people have checked in 3 weeks

5 people have checked in 2 weeks

26 people have checked in 1 week

I’m aware that stats are open to interpretation and not everyone was here on week 1 but it does show how many people come and go 33% have only checked in once then disappear.apart from the new guys last week

Love the stats...makes interesting reading and seems broadly in line with the last couple of years too.
