Is it possible to join with this now? Last night i admitted to myself and my girfriend that I have a gambling addiction. I have ben lying to her for the past year saying I do not gamble to hide the fact that I have this addiction and no matter how hard I have tried to stop, I havent been able to. Today I have finally told my parents, and had my first chat on the phone to an advisor. Tomorrow I am going to go to a meeting here in newcastle. I really hope it is okay to join now, I hate myself for lying and ruining my relationship. I do not think I can ever get her trust back again. I can only hope and pray and show her that I can change because there is nothing I want more in this world than to stop gambling, and to show her I can be the man she deserves.
