It's been a long stressful week, I've handed my newly acquired bank card back to my husband, after being without it for nearly 4yrs this past week it's felt like it's been burning a hole in my pocket and it's consumed too many thoughts, so for my own sanity I made the decision on Thursday that it's one thing I can do without at the moment.
Checking in gamble free a few urges now and again but still batting them away
I let the team down with a relapse - now back to day 4. But I'm determined to beat this and keep the rest of 2018 gamble free.
