Day 44. Checking in. Thanks for the update

Checking in for the week on day 446 , ups and downs but still gamble free.

Thanks Neil and K2, your kind words mean more than you know in this dark time.

I have finally had an email back confirming I am now registered with Gamstop and now just have to try and get out of this financial mess somehow. I know what I should have done and then I wouldn't be in this mess and the moment I don't yet know how I'm going to get out of it, but I'm just taking it one day at a time.

I'm 61 days GF which is a 20 yr record. Gamstop has been the difference.

I've been a member here for a while, but it wasnt until 30 days GF i started to realise i was on track. Challenge yoursefl to beat your personal best and hopefully that will be far enough down the line to make a real difference. You've taken a big step.

Again sorry for not checking in last week. Filling my weekends and being busy has really helped my progress. New car purchased and still spare money that I will use to pay off a bit more of my credit cards and be able to buy flights for a friend's stag do later in the year. This gambling free life is definitely better.
