. I feel it is a ridiculous amount of money and I can’t stop thinking about it. I am debt free with a couple grand saved in the bank, living with parents. I work a low paid job and have lost another £2000 meaning total losses over the last 5 years are 28 grand. I can’t stop thinking about these losses and I have just got my debit card blocked as online financial spread betting is where I lose my money.

Hi jay,

I’ve had many large loses over the last 8 years. I spent most of my time thinking I wish I could go back to such an such day when I had that money. Trust me, the only way to start moving on is to forget the loses. Then seek the help you need. All the best, Liam
