It's been 47 days today since I last gambled and I'm so happy and relieved every day when I see the counter on my home page of gamble free days go up by one. It's definitely getting easier to stay gamble free and fight the urges. The first ten days were very tough but it's been pretty easy since as a sense of achievement and purpose has kicked in. I'm stil very bad with money and spend a fortune on going out drinking but at least I'm not burning banknotes at casinos and have no pay day loans now. I'm very happy about that. Life is never easy and we all get curve balls thrown and since stopping gambling I've had some major testing times at work, at home and some are still ongoing. I think trying to stop drinking for a while is the next thing I want to accomplish. But despite it all I'm so much happier gamble free. I've started exercising again which is great. I feel in control and so much less stressed than when I was losing a fortune gambling every week. I've still got 26k of debt thanks to gambling and no savings but the only way to overcome this is to stay on the straight and narrow and be gamble free.

Hi, really proud of you and you have proven that you can do it.

You can't control the roulette so how are you supposed to earn money from it? Exactly.

Stay strong! Please leave your email if you want to talk further.
