Haven’t gambled for 3 years and this last month it’s all I’ve done. I’m not in debt or owe anyone any money but I’m disgusted in my behaviour and feel like ending it all. This can’t just be me can it?

Same here. It makes me feel sick. I need to stop
Hi Jim,
This was me 4 years ago. I had went about 3 or 4 years without gambling and then stupidly put a bet on first game of a new season. Next day I was back at roulette. I then had the craziest 10 months of out of control gambling you can imagine followed by a record loss of hellish proportions relative to me. I then stopped and haven’t gambled for 3 years.
You need to stop. You need to find it within yourself to get back to being a non gambler. I’m not sure how. I only stopped after a horrendous loss and probably fear. I scared myself with my ability to ruin my life.
Don’t wait for disaster.
