I need to block access to these sites. I have self excluded myself on the sites I use but I would just like to block myself 100% of the time, I feel it is the only way I will stop.
I went six weeks gamble free after a bad month in November cost me £1000, Beginning of this month a £20 deposit has resulted me in losing £200 in the last 2 weeks and I feel it taking over me again, i just don't want to do it anymore.
I have an Iphone so whats a good way of being able to block sites for good?
I have contacted o2 and they said they cannot block certain sites just all 18+ content, would Ideally just be able to block gambling any info on how?
I'm yet to find a way to block sites using phones/tablets.
I'd suggest taking the 18+content block, or remove your access to money by having an atm only card, with no credit/debit cards and no online money account such as PayPal so then even if you find yourself on the sites, you can't deposit.
It's a shame there isn't an easier way.
Its annoying where there isnt one way of just blocking all gambling sites on the iphone.
I had my girlfriend set up a password on my phone to restrict myself from going on any 18+ content but I literally cannot do anything on my phone when this is set up, I just need to block the gambling sites.
I need to do something as It is way too easy for me to just go on my phone and gamble, I don't want to have that option anymore.

I have exactly the same problem, would be ideal if there was an app that just blocked them all. Shocked there isn't one really.
What I have done is enter the restrictions settings on my iPhone and you can enter specific websites to block. You will have to get your GF to enter the passcode, and it is a bit of a pain having to enter them, but once it's done it's done. Better than disabling the +18 content as that makes web browsing a nightmare.
Yeah i got my gf to set up a restrictions password which stopped me from going on 18+ content. What i found in doing this though was i literally couldnt go on any site so i unblocked everything again. I didnt know you could block specific sites so going to do that that should help.

It seems to be working fine, blocking the sites i want to be blocked, this is what i need its just too easy otherwise to get sucked into a bet every now and then i just need to get rid of temptation. The £200 i lost though in the last couple of weeks is annoying, just trying to forget it.
Yea I know what you mean. I just have to avoid the temptation of signing up with a new, and fairly unknown company, that's the hardest thing.

I remember why this didnt work last time. You have to say which specific sites you want to use only not the ones you want to block. I want to just block the ones i dont want to use but not have to mention every single site i want to use too, its too long doing that so ill just have to block myself from every gambling site and not give in to signing up to new ones.
