ive gambled since I was 18 and im 20 now and only the last recent months I have gambled small amounts but on a daily basis and one day last week I had a bad day at work and I wanted to play roulette so I put 500 on it and lost and now I feel so depressed and angry and want it back and it makes me want to gamble more so I can regain what I lost I know its my own fault and can not do anything about it and afterwards I continued to gamble more I just cant stop . today I have told two of my friends and gave me good advice and one of them referred me to this website hope it helps
