Well it’s coming up to my last session with beacon councillor after relapsing I got back in touch with gam care to put me forward to a councillor I’m 34 days gamble free and this time I feel as if I’ve got everything off my chest and I feel like I’m moving forward with life and not looking back. I am also going to take the after care once my last session ends.
Well done Jade and its great your doing the agter care. Too many times with counselling we stop just because we feel better after a few sessions. Took me 3-4 different times of counselling to realise I needed to do the full course even if I felt better.
