Hello. Just wanted to see if anybody knows how to block these online competition sites. Had problems gambling for years but been ok for last couple of years with gamstop and blocking software but ended up spending hundreds last night on one of these instant win competition sites. New curve ball I need to beat.

Thanks for not advertising these sites on the forum. You might consider money management methods and time management methods for types of gambling where there isn't effective self-exclusion/blocking software. I had to block them at source by asking them to self exclude me. Some of them do have a responsible gambling bit that you can do it yourself but most of them actually have to be contacted to lock you out. Even then some only tweak the password to stop your access, which can be reset unfortunately.
