Find myself back on this site years after i originally realised I had a serious gambling problem. I was 24 then, recently turned 30 and still ruining my life through gambling on a regular basis.
Bit of background, I ended up signing up to gamstop a few years ago which was a massive help at first, before I soon found crypto casinos ...
ive tried a lot of methods to prevent this, but can’t find a way to stop. ...
I really don’t know what to do anymore

This is very real problem out there. Gamstop is great but the bigger picture is people then divert to these.
You can put a gamblimg block on with most banks.
If that wouldnt stop you consider moving your wages and money to a basic bank card with no debit card for now. I did this then i moved on to cash betting.
After my latest slip im going to exlcude from walk in betting shops. While im still battling this i need to make it impossible for myself
