Hi everyone
So, have reached day 44 without mishap and before friday, I would have said relatively easily. However, Friday, Saturday and today has been a real struggle for some reason. I have the stops in place with self exclusions so wasn't particularly worried about physically gambling as such, more mentally.
This next sentence would probably draw serious looks from people who haven't been in the position, but I'm having dreams about cartoon characters birling on slot reels. Whilst awake I'm thinking almost incessantly about football, slots etc. This didn't happen in the 1st 41 days!!! Maybe just all starting to come out my system? Who knows?
All I do know is that I quieten these thoughts with the joy of being on a plan of paying my parents back for all they have done. Not long back from a London trip with my boys and planning weekends away with my wonderful wife.

Well Steve, great read that brillant to see someone else finally on the right road, it's tough pal no doubt it and yes I too have dreamed about physical gambling I found I wake up feeling guilty and disgusted in my self then I feel great that it was all a dream, keep up the good work pal
