Firstly I want to apologise this may ramble on a bit...
I am in a serious amount of debt due to gambling and feel as though It will never get better a year or so ago a family moment helped me out to clear my debts but I have done it again wracking up around 20 grand in total I feel ashamed lost broken like there is no way up. I work full time so they can be paid off slowly but the fear of people finding out is eating away at me...
I have now closed all accounts to online gaming and informed them of my problems so I can not re open them. I don't even know I'm doing it until it is done it's like I am zoned out and when I look back afterwards I don't even see it as being me a bit odd I know.
If anyone had any words of advice to try and ease me of these horrid feelings I will be grateful.
