Stop now before you get into debt. Register with Gamstop and put betblocker on your devices, this is the only way. Like most of us you are chasing losses you know you will never win back so, even though it's hard, draw a line in the sand and accept that money is gone for good but stop before it gets any worse.

You need a full recovery to heal your mind.

Its not an income scheme and the odds are set against you. Someone has to lose and that's usually you on those odds. It could be you every time losing and that's why its called gambling.

Even on the flip of a coin with a 50% chance somebody has to lose and you are ignoring the risk with your mind showing all the signs of addiction.

You have to get over those losses...thats what you did with the money and you now have to start learning about this addiction as a drug addiction.

A gambling addict is addicted to the act of playing. In the heat of the moment you ate getting a fix your body craves and its all going to go your way with a head full of lady luck or lucky clover. It all makes perfect sense to an addicted mind that you are not in control of

Your money goes on crazy odds like 36-1 or thousands to 1. The gambling dens will fleece you all day on even lower odds.  NOBODY is offering you life changing odds on a no brainer decision. You have seen the results of gambling.  If it really paid off nobody would get up for work in the morning

The money will never be enough for you...yes something comes your way every once in a while but you will give it all back anyway until all your savings vanish and you start borrowing heavily.

Gambling is not for you. Its a mugs game and you must stop now. There is no shame in reaching out for help.

You are not alone in what you have done. There are thousands even millions who became hooked because it is highly addictive.

You can build your life again if you stop now and tell people close. If you chase those losses they will take everything else you have. You are gambling with your self respect and freedom...realise now whats really been on the line here!

Hi cd1994, no-one wins with compulsive gambling because as is the nature of the beast winning leads to bigger binges/ loses. People who win big are few and far between you will struggle to find a compulsive gambler whos won big withdrawn the money and stopped gambling. For me winning was worse than losing led to more destruction. The only way forward is to abstain now before you have lost everything and more and there are more serious things to lose than just money. Best wishes
