OK so I'm coming to terms with my gambling problem. I'm new here!

I've realised I have I have problem with gambling and have no idea how to stop! It has got bad the past two years after having two real poorly babies and spending 5 months In hospital with them. If felt like a escape, in my own little world.

Tonight I have realised after loosing again I owe nearly £7K. My husband has no idea.

I need to stop and I need to stop now. I've had to give up work due to my disabled child and I'm struggling to make ends meet.

Tomorrow is going to be day 1....

Pretty sure I've lost him ....

Not to say that is any reflection on your situation but really good to hear you are smelling the coffee

You've got this you are a strong mummy by the sounds of it , I'm sure you can channel that energy into beating this just like i can too ....Here's to day one ....

Hi there

So sorry to here about the situation you are in.

After a major relpase recently I am back aswell so I know how hard it is.

I can tell you this ,the first step is to tell your husband I know it sounds daunting but it is the first essential point to stop the cycle. second step is total and I mean total self exclussion from every site, app, bookies etc. third is once the intital dust has settled and your mind is clearer, is debt management work out how much you owe and how you may start to pay it.

You have a loving family and you have the chance to recover and have a happy beautiful life,TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS.

if you need anything just shout me, Rob
