I have just noticed on my credit score report that gamstop did a identification check on me. Will this affect lenders from lending me finance. My husband and I plan to get a mortgage in the next few years, and have noted on a few forums that gambling on statements can prevent you from getting a mortgage. I haven't gambled for 80+ days and I don't plan to so will have a clean statement, but will them knowing I'm on gamstop prevent me from getting a mortgage

Hi Becky, id checks aren’t visible to lenders on your credit report, only applications for credit. Well done on 80+ days.
