Hi midlife a really good post and for going bk to the ex I feel ill thinking about it which is how I feel about gambling. It consumes you and destroys a little piece of you day by day until it completely takes over all aspects of your life and hurts the ones we love to boot. I for one don't ever want to become the person I was when I was gambling, a liar, deceitful, and moody generally not a nice person to be around. But 11 days in I'm getting there taking it one day at a time. Just for today I will not gamble
