I’ve been gambling on and off for 10 years & I never learn. Christmas 2023 I lost £700 this was my biggest loss in one day, thought that’s it im done with gambling and I did until today, lost over 1k. This causes so much harm, can’t sleep, have the worst anxiety. Spent my rent money so I’ve had to get a payday loan to pay partial rent, and I’ll have to pay double back to the pay day loan company. I honestly don’t know how these sites are legal. 😔 I’m on gamstop but use international sites. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Would love to know of anybody in a similar position.
Just keep talking once the gambling stops life will get better perhaps join a ga meeting or seek help on here or elsewhere
