Hi all day 8 now getting back in to that positive thought process again and stayed well clear of bookies and online I had cash on me the other day but just carried on walking and it's now safe in my bank any online accounts I have shut down ive also read up on something about getting banned from lots at same time not sure though

@mixer yes I have done it before can do it again I won't beat on the past about slipping back in to it I imagine it happens to most of us I'm happy to say I've saved over £100 so far and put it to good use
